Instructions: Please print and fill out all fields. We welcome new members in the Leschetizky Pianist, Pianist, and Friend categories. Membership includes
receipt of the Leschetizky Association News Bulletin, a membership directory, free admission to the Tenri Concert Series, and participation in all
activities of the Association.
A check payable to The Leschetizky Association, Inc., must accompany this
